I have been using this diffuser for over 6 years and have found it to be the best cool mist diffuser on the market.   I love that it will run for almost 2 days.  I clean it out once a week to prevent slim build up.  I put in 15-20 drops of oil every other time I refill.  A teaspoon of witch hazel or alcohol and using distilled water helps in preventing the water from becoming filmy.    Sandy
